Flowmaps docs
Flowmaps docs explain every part of the visual app planner in plain words, from your first idea to a feature your AI builder has shipped.

Plan
Ventures and mind maps
Flowmaps gives every business idea its own whiteboard that you keep for weeks or months. That's the core idea: one long-lived mind map per venture, so your thinking builds up over time instead of getting lost in notes and chats.
Kanban board
The Kanban board shows your ideas as cards in columns, sorted by status. The mind map is where you think; the board is where you see what's next.
AI suggestions
When you add an idea, Claude suggests follow-up ideas: the missing pieces, prerequisites and open questions you'd otherwise discover too late.
Flags
Flags are automatic warnings on your ideas. When an idea touches something risky, like payments, personal data or expensive services, Flowmaps puts a small badge on the card, so you think about it before you build, not after.
Skills
Skills are your rules for the AI: your brand, your tech stack, how you write. Add them once, and Flowmaps gives them to Claude every time it writes build prompts or builds a feature. The AI then builds the way you want, without you repeating yourself.
Build
Build prompts
When an idea is ready to build, Flowmaps writes the instructions for your AI builder. Copy them into Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0, Cursor, Claude Code or Codex and it can start building.
Use Flowmaps inside Claude
Connect Claude to Flowmaps and you can plan and build by simply chatting. No commands to remember: Claude looks at your boards, reads the build instructions, builds the feature, and keeps your board up to date. It works in the Claude app (web, desktop and mobile) and in Claude Code.
Build with AI from your terminal
The flowmaps command hands your features to an AI coding agent (Claude Code) and keeps your board up to date while it builds. You don't need to know programming or git: the command asks simple questions and takes care of the rest.
Save your work on GitHub
Everything Claude Code builds lives in a folder on your computer. If that computer breaks or gets lost, so does your app. GitHub keeps a safe copy online, with the full history of every change, so you can always go back. This page walks you through it step by step: no experience needed.
Cards that follow GitHub
Connect a venture to its GitHub repository and its cards move by themselves:

Account
Teams
Work on the same ventures together. A workspace holds ventures, their mind maps and boards, skills and one Anthropic API key. Everyone you invite to it sees the same things, live.
Activity
Activity in the sidebar shows who did what in your workspace, newest first. Handy when you work with a team, or just to see what changed while you were away.
Plans and billing
Flowmaps has three plans. You only pay for Flowmaps: AI usage runs on your own Anthropic key, so there are no credits and no AI limits. Anthropic bills that usage to you directly, at their prices.
Settings and your API key
Flowmaps's AI features run on Claude, using your own Anthropic API key. You stay in control of the costs and the account, and Flowmaps never pays for or sees your usage.
