Activity

Last updated: October 2026

Activity in the sidebar shows who did what in your workspace, newest first. Handy when you work with a team, or just to see what changed while you were away.

What's in it

  • Ventures: created, renamed, deleted, help page made public or private.
  • Cards: added, moved to another column, renamed, notes edited, deleted.
  • Build prompts generated, flags marked reviewed, help articles published.
  • Skills: added, edited, switched on or off, deleted.
  • Team: invitations, people joining or leaving, role changes, and when the Anthropic API key was added, replaced or removed (never the key itself).

Dragging a card to another spot on the mind map isn't logged. Typing in a card's notes shows up once per 10 minutes, not for every word.

The terminal and Claude

Work done with the flowmaps command shows via the terminal; work done through Claude shows via Claude. It's logged under the name of the person whose connection was used.

Filter

Pick a venture or a person at the top. Click a venture's name on any entry to see only that venture. The filter is part of the page address, so you can send the link to a teammate.

Who can see it

Everyone in the workspace, including Viewers. Nobody can edit or delete entries, not even the owner. If someone leaves, their entries stay, with the name they had.
