Plans and billing

Flowmaps has three plans. You only pay for Flowmaps: AI usage runs on your own Anthropic key, so there are no credits and no AI limits. Anthropic bills that usage to you directly, at their prices.

Early bird: the first 100 Pro customers pay $12/month for life, as long as they stay subscribed.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added where it applies. Yearly plans get two months free.
Upgrade
- Open Settings → Plan. Only the workspace owner can change the plan.
- Pick Monthly or Yearly, then Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Team (or Claim early bird).
- Pay on the secure payment page and you come back to Flowmaps. Your plan updates within a few seconds.
A plan belongs to a workspace, so everyone in it gets its features. See Teams.
Switch, cancel and invoices
- Switch plans: in Settings → Plan, pick the other plan or billing period. The difference is charged or credited right away.
- Cancel, change your card or download invoices: click Manage billing. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens if you go back to Free
Nothing is deleted. You keep all your ventures, cards and people, but you can't add more ventures or people than Free allows, and public help pages go offline until you upgrade again.
Who handles the payment
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our reseller (merchant of record). They take care of the payment, sales tax and VAT in every country, and send your invoices. Your card details never reach Flowmaps.
