Teams

Last updated: October 2026

Work on the same ventures together. A workspace holds ventures, their mind maps and boards, skills and one Anthropic API key. Everyone you invite to it sees the same things, live.

You start with one workspace of your own. You can make more (one per business or client, for example) and be invited into other people's.

Roles

RoleCan do
OwnerEverything, plus inviting people, changing roles and the workspace's Anthropic key. The person who made the workspace.
EditorPlan, build and publish: add and move cards, use AI features, write skills, publish help articles. Uses the workspace's key.
ViewerLook at everything, change nothing. No AI features. Good for clients or investors.

Invite someone

  1. Open Settings → Team (or the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar → Team and invitations).
  2. Type their email, pick Editor or Viewer, and click Create invite link.
  3. Copy the link and send it yourself: email, WhatsApp, Slack, whatever you use.

The link works once and expires after 7 days. You only see it right after creating it, so copy it straight away. Lost it? Revoke the invitation and make a new one.

When they open the link, they sign in (or create a free account with that email), click Join workspace, and land in your workspace.

Switch between workspaces

Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar and pick another one. Everything follows: the ventures list, Kanban, Skills and the API key.

The Anthropic key in a team

There's one key per workspace, added by the owner. Teammates use it without ever seeing it, and the usage is billed to the owner's Anthropic account. Set a monthly spend limit in the Anthropic console if you invite people. See Settings and your API key.

Change or remove people

In Settings → Team, the owner can switch a member between Editor and Viewer, or Remove them. Removed people lose access straight away.

Invited to someone else's workspace and done? Click Leave workspace in Settings → Team.

The terminal and Claude

The flowmaps command and the Claude connection see the ventures of every workspace where you're an Owner or Editor.
