Share a read-only roadmap
Last updated: October 2026
Want to show investors, a co-founder or your users what you're working on? Share a link to your venture's board. Anyone with the link sees your features in their columns, from Scoped to Shipped, without signing in. They can look, but they can't change anything.
Share your roadmap
- Open a venture and click Share at the top right.
- Switch on Public link.
- Click Copy and send the link to whoever you like.
The link looks like flowmaps.app/roadmap/…, with a long random code at the end. Only people you give it to can find it, and search engines don't list it.
What the link shows
- The venture's name, and every card's title in its column: Scoped, Ready, In Progress and Shipped.
- Show the Idea column: tick it to show your rough ideas too. It's off at first.
- Show card notes: tick it to show each card's notes under its title. It's off at first. Check that your notes hold nothing private before you switch this on.
It never shows build prompts, flags, git branches, version numbers, or who is in your workspace.
The page always shows your board as it is now. Move a card on the board, and the next visitor sees it in its new column.
Stop sharing
- Switch off Public link. The link shows "page not found" straight away. Switch it on again later and the same link works again.
- Make a new link. Click Make a new link at the bottom. The old link stops working at once, so use this when a link went somewhere it shouldn't. Send the new one to the people who should still see it.
Good to know
- Who can share: owners and editors. Viewers don't see the Share button.
- Activity: switching the link on or off and making a new link show up in Activity.
- Every plan: sharing a roadmap works on Free, Pro and Team.
- The page says Made with Flowmaps at the bottom, with a link to flowmaps.app.
