Web app: a two-sided marketplace
How Adonboard was planned and built with Flowmaps
A marketplace where travellers auction sticker spots on their suitcase to brands, and the winning logos fly along on every trip.

- From plan to live
- 1 week
- How it earns
- Free to list, 10% when a spot sells
What Adonboard does
- Travellers describe their suitcase and get a 3D version, without uploading photos
- Sticker spots that are checked to the millimetre, so logos really fit
- Live bidding for brands, across many suitcases at once
- Dashboards for travellers and for brands
- Proof photos from the trip before a sale is final
How it was built
A marketplace has two kinds of users who both need to trust it: travellers and brands. Both sides were mapped first, with payments, proof and disputes on the same map, so the build could go feature by feature without surprises.
STEP 1
Describe the idea
A few sentences about who it's for and how it makes money.
STEP 2
See it as a map
Every feature on one mind map, with what's needed for launch on the left and what can wait.
STEP 3
Put it in order
What to build first, so each feature builds on the one before it.
STEP 4
Build one feature at a time
Each feature in build order, with clear build steps for the AI builder, and the board moving as it's built.
Plan your own app the same way
Describe your idea, get the map, and build it one feature at a time.
